I'm not really sure how I feel about this song.
It sounds like a demo, especially the chorus. I though I was going to get my life when it started, and then the chorus hits and it just sounds
so mediocre for Lana. The chorus is the only major problem I have with the song, but it's a big problem. I'm not huge on the bridge either but it doesn't offend me like this chorus does. I do love the lead into the end and the subtle synth that kicks in there. The verses with the organs sound epic to me.
I feel like a chorus like this would be A LOT more appropriate on one of her beachier pop songs like Florida Kilos.
As it stands its probably like a 5/10 for me... a better chorus would make this a 10/10 for me. I feel so sad and I hope I learn to enjoy the song with time.
