Anyone else getting really sick of Ryan/FOX messy asses? Why is everything so damn secret this year? Where is the trailer? Who is the rest of the cast? When will they show the killer?
Lea is such a great actress, she`s the only one along with Niecy and Jamie that doesnt have a cringe acting moment in season 1. They`re always on point.
Hester is hilarious too, we were staning for her all season, it`s just the ending that make us turn on her.
I would love if Hester dies this season.
Within the first 4 episodes too.
I do like her but if any of the returning 8 needs to go early, I want it to be her.
Lea is so overrated. Her acting as Hester is so fake and annoying. It feels like she's trying to act like a psycho but ends up in something cringeworthy. Just kill her in the first episodes and get rid of her F-O-R-E-V-E-R.
I enjoyed the first season a lot, it was a fun show to watch live. And it was my first Ryan Murphy show, so I had no preconceived notions or expectations. I wasn't too keen on so many people surviving, but it makes me excited for this season to see where they take things. I agree that Lea needs to go, Hester's arc is done.
Ugh, Abigail's acting was HORRIBLE until episode 8.
Anyway, it's true, Hester was an amazing character... until they revealed her as the killer.
The whole thing was, all of the Chanels (1-6) were hysterical when you thought/realized they were actually INNOCENT in regards to the Red Devil killings, and a Grace reveal would've perfectly rounded everything off.
Hester being creepy, morbid, ultra-knowledgeable about death and such was only funny because we didn't think she was actually the killer. When you add that up to her ACTUALLY being guilty, it makes it all the less funny, and more of a groan about how obvious it was (and not an OMG I should've seen that coming! kind of obvious, but seriously, just an eye roll).
Meanwhile, it also was a trainwreck that she DIDN'T GET CAUGHT at the time. How can you not want her to get caught just for the fact that we've spent 13 episodes, distractions, tangents and all, of everyone trying to find out who the killer is? And it wasn't done in an epic way that made us root for her or anything, it was just ridiculously frustrating.
But it looks like season 2 is doing some course correction, so bring it on.
I hope they re-create the whole 'Good morning Chanel' scene, but instead of introducing the characters she can just say what has happened to the Chanels in the time jump.
