I imagine it is a feminist anthem to a degree, but she wouldn't be that blunt.
Burqa is probably being used as a metaphor for oppression, or concealing yourself under societies ideal. Rebelling against doing/being what your told to do/be. I'm really not expecting something as straight forward as "ladies burn your burqas, f*ck yo misogynistic men", although I doubt she'll present "burqas" as a good thing.
