Yes, but the lyrics you chose to list could be fittingly sung by a woman of any age. However, "Who run the world, GIRLS" is very juvenile. It sounds like elementary school payground speech, on par with 8 year old boys shouting "girl have coodies".
It will be interesting to see how radio and listeners receive this song because it's definately different.

I like the new song. Reminds me very much of the stuff on B'day (that's my favorite album by her) and Destiny's Child to some extent. I don't think it's hit material, but I'll wait and see.
