I think it was more her really trying to distance herself as much as possible from Beyoncé. Also probably the fact that during those times she was literally everywhere and no time for rehearsals but a few songs could have used some type of choreo.

Although didn't she have choreo during Disturbia at MTV VMA?

A lot of people say that, but i don't think so, lyrically it fits perfectly.
Even sonically it fits, otherwise Te Amo too is out of place then ...
