I think I may have found something useful. However I have no idea if this is the right channel (WOWOW apparently has 3 different channels judging by their program plan), and if this is going to work at the time they'll be streaming it.

I have to admit though that the stream on that site isn't doing anything for me. I downloaded the plugin, but nothing's happening when I try to play it.

Should there be something playing rn and it's just not working?

I tried to download the pluggin, but stopped when I found out it's for Firefox and I use Chrome

I knew I shouldn't have dropped Japanese in high school.

I'm on the Summer Sonic 2012 website. Looks like she'll take the Ocean stage in Osaka on the 18th and the Marine stage in Tokyo on the 19th. No live streaming links have made themselves apparent to me.

Gonna go stalk the Rihanna thread and see if they're faring any better. Because it looks like the only thing separating Rihanna and Ke$ha at this festival is Jamiroquai. Same dates, same stages, just minutes apart, etc. So if her fans find a way to stream this, it'll work for us too.
