No cutting: Confessions was the last era
No needles: Hard to tell. All her stuff has been very good to flawless. I'd say probably Confessions as well.

Although she did get short-lived lip injections in the autumn of 1990

Wut? I had no idea Madonna has done plastic surgery, she looks so natural (except I know she did botox or whatever that thing is that makes your face looks young, the thing she did in Hollywood music video).

I'm pretty sure she had some kind of lift before 'Confessions', and probably in 2007 also. Aside from that I think fillers/botox have been the order of the day.

Madonna hasn't done any surgery... She used to go to dermatologist who would give her injections (botox, collagen) in which resulted in 'filled look' also she's doing those oxygen facials before red carpet and that's why she has puffy face and then few days later, in some paparazzi shot, you might see her looking normal...

Madonna made her account private accidentally...she follows random people from time to time and then unfollows them next day and she blocks her fans as well....

Ok, I dispise MDNA with all my heart but, as I've been listening to the tour album daily during my workouts , I've got to give in and admit defeat

*Erotica

*Like a Prayer

*Confessions (again, because of the live album, although it had a huge drop on my rankings due to the massive rise of the MDNA Tour album and Revolver plays a big role on that )

Haven't payed attention to the other albums lately , although a few tracks still make the rounds:
Into The Groove,White Heat, Causing a Commotion , Love Tried To Welcome Me , Impressive Instant, This Used To Be My Playground and Time Stood Still.

You can clearly see how much of a big fat ass I am
