They cross language barriers and in order to prevent confusion and inequity in terms of warning points, posts in different languages outside of own language or country base threads get warned. If you were to go in a Lady Gaga news thread and completely drag her in your own native language, any person who does not speak your language would think it's just a post in another language when in fact you're just bypassing the warning system.
