I had 130, so I gave one pokemon 4 moves since one pokemon's moves are free, I gave 2 to one pokemon (20 for the first, 40 for the second) and then one to each of my other two pokemon.

So you get 4 moves for ONE pokemon, and then you could either buy two moves for one pokemon, or a move each for 3 pokemon. (Total would be 60 for both of those options)
