But I feel like there's been a vocal guess for nearly every witch we've seen, including Misty and Queenie. Like, unless he's just not looking around on forums/reading recaps of the episodes, he would know that
someone has guessed
everyone. Plus "dark comedy" makes me think it will be played for laughs?

BUT she still called the committee to the coven. I think Fiona is just a powerful enough witch that she's figured out a way to block Nan's power.
and might I add Jessica's acting is on POINT this season she's coming for the Globes+Emmy's 
she's an awful person for her past but she seemed to be appreciating her friendship with Queenie and was learning more. She seemed actually excited to go get her hair done in that cute tiger sweater like she was Queenie's grandma and then she betrayed her
