Taylor's debut was pretty country. She's branched out now, but she built her base before turning to pop.

As for Carrie, she was always a country girl on the show, she never wavered, unlike Lauren.

And I agree with the person who said Lauren was bland. Skylar has WAY more personality. Country is far from my favorite genre, and yet with DeAndre gone, I'm kind of rooting for her.

I mean it was obvious Producers/Jimmy wanted Deandre gone. They had him perform first like 3 weeks in a row. He made him sing ENDLESS LOVE! then gave him no constructive criticism, and then before he even performs Jimmy says he will be in the bottom 3? It was sabotage lol.

Jlo really likes him. Idk if she has any connections, but maybe she can call her good friend L.A reid lol He's only 17 so he can always rise up out of nowhere in the next few years lol

The problem with Lauren is that she was too young and was kinda immature. But I heard she got a spot on Aerosmith's new album

Well, if you are a fan of R&B/Neo-Soul and similar artists, you'd get the type of artist he is immediately, while if you're not you might be confused, and never get it. Which you can tell in the reacions.
