3 weeks without working out and when I get back to the gym, I found absolute no motivation to work out

I used to do reps after reps, now I check my phones, walk around, etc ... between reps

I'm having some serious stressful situations in my daily life right now and thought work out would feel good and make it go away for a bit but it wasn't
