Exactly. It'd be better if members didn't get OCs (if possible) and guests did, but get that money, I guess. The + membership finally has a worthwhile feature.

I wonder if Moderators have also been given an OC-free browsing feature, regardless of them having a + or not.

It's already confirmed they had. Apparently a LOT of reports went un-looked at because most couldn't access them because of the OCs, which is why they don't have them anymore.
