Now to gain LaWeight, you need to eat a surplus of LaCalories. The average man eats around 2500 LaCalories a day, so to gain LaWeight you must eat around 3000 LaCalories more. So you need to add 500 LaCalories into your diet some way.
That's it at it's very simplest level, but it gets more complicated than that if you are working out. I'll type more when I get home cause I'm on LaTrain in LaLondon right now and there is a suspicious
