Actually race is not so much as a social construct as it is an actual way ethnography divides people. There are 3 major races: Negroid, Mongoloid and Caucasian. These 3 can later be sub divided into as many as 30 groups each but the one you belong to is based on lineage. From a scientific point of view she is at least half black. So yes, she can indeed say that she is black but she can't really identify with them or their struggles because nobody would think of her as anything but white unless she carries a paternity test in her wallet. It all depends on how you look at it.
Personally idc what colour she is or who her father is, she is just plain horrible regardless.
