does anyone know the reasons why Ke$ha's new music is being held up...??
Probably just as Doctor Luke said: a lot of experimenting and throwing around ideas, maybe Ke$ha's not sure yet exactly what the new album should sound like as a whole (we do however know that she's already been recording, "wailing on an epic track"). And also, they're most likely just still writing on a lot of stuff before they decide what they want to record for the final cut.
That was said last year, but things changed. She was supposed to start recording after she finished her tour in late September 2011, but she pretty much didn't start anything until January-February this year. It's only the past month and a half where she has really been working hard on it.
Y'all are getting scary though.

The same sort of thing happened to me. I was in Los Angeles at the time when that leaked, trying to listen to it on my mobile on YouTube through the hotel wi-fi. The quality was bad.
