If you're trying to put on weight, those PB&J sandwiches are best at night before you go to sleep. Also, don't neglect the lower body! Most guys I know focus too much on the upper body, and get top heavy. If you focus on the lower body you actually help gain muscle everywhere because your body produces more HGH as opposed to someone who sticks to upper body workouts only.
