She is amazing, she has so many ideas but i do agree that as she has accumulated more success, she has been given more control and she's simply not ready. and then the execution of her great ideas suffer
I think, that atleast till the end of this era, Interscope will not interfere with her control, and I think that that is a major issue. Sure, every1 learns from her mistakes but she can simply not afford too many more right now. I feel like if she makes too many more mistakes, when this era's over, Interscope will make her pull a candy pop girl album next time around, and
noone (including her) want that.
What would be best is if she takes pointers and works with professionals in their respective areas, and yes that includes but is not limited to production of music videos. It'll benefit this era, interscope, and by working with proffesionals hopefully she can grow her own talents and someday pull out epic music videos etc. consistently on her own.
