I'm not surprised many here are depressed??
I mean they are confused teens trying to fit somewhere in this world and with their own insecurities plaguing them. The issues that arise with their sexuality become worse due to societal expectations outside and within their homes. Then to come to this gay community and to be so easily judged harshly and nicknamed/typecast for who you are. Then have your worth estimated by how masculine you are, how muscular you are, your skin color etc.... I'm not surprised so many battle with an illness like that since it is so common though many confuse depression with sadness.
, but it pisses me off so much how people have completely diminished Janet's legacy ever since Nipplegate. She was a cultural phenomenon that pushed a lot of boundaries.
