Can I say that Billboard's website is an absolute failure though. Whatever code the site is messing up the last two entries.

These are legit though, you can go back through the weeks and see them on the actual chart themselves.

Also interesting to note:

"While most of the songs that have reached number one have been in Japanese three non-Japanese songs have reached the top position. Gaga is the only American artist to ever hit number one on the Billboard Japan chart.

Western artists goes top 10 in Japan somewhat frequently, though it is safe to say on any average week on the chart you'll only see one or two western acts in the top 20, if any.

Billboard's Japan Hot 100 was only established in 2008 though. Japan has another charting system called "Oricon" which only tracks CDs (including singles) sold through retail stores. The Japan Hot 100 is a lot more like the US Hot 100 in that it uses a chart that includes sales and radio airplay.
