Not really. He was the start of the House of Stuart which led to a very prosperous time in Scottish history and the family eventually ruled England, Scotland, and Ireland until 1701 which isn't that long ago in history terms. Not many people are a direct descendant of that.

I agree it's been blown out of proportion and I also played a hand in that but I still stand by what I said. I know Taylor asking them to be "louder" isn't a huge deal but I think we all know the context behind it. I've thought this about Taylor ever since Cold As You and when she refused to play TTWAS. So whether last night happened or not, it doesn't matter to me because I still believe what I said.
