I think Riri gave S&M, WMN, Cheers, Fading, OG, CKB, MD, RM and WTC to justjared + some other site like that to review it. Skin and Complicated weren't there (so I think they were recorded or chosen after the announcment of Loud), WTC was meant to be on Loud when Loud was announced.
Then in some interview she mentioned WTC and SoB on the album, but later in the other interview she said WTC is not making the album. Skin and Complicated weren't revealed until the tracklist. (At least I think)...

WTC was meant to be on Loud - she gave it to some sites to review it along with other album tracks that made Loud + in some interview she mentioned that Matt Kemp likes the whole Loud except WTC because he thinks it is too pop. In the same interview she mentioned SoB as the ballad along with CKB.

I thought Scared of Beautiful was mentioned in the Billboard 2010 magazine. But I couldn't find it... it was a song that Rihanna originally had planned for Loud, and it talked about how girls need to look in the mirror and actually find themselves attractive. It's out there somewhere, and I personally think that Def Pen Radio currently have it.

As I was looking through the magazine scans, I found this;

Rihanna may not do much of her own songwriting, but by all accounts she was more active than ever in guiding the creative choices for "Loud".

Guetta probably wanted to make it his own single so he probably made a deal that he will be the main artist and it won't appear on Loud. Then it kinda interfered WMN and OG so Rihanna's team forced Guetta to pull the single back from radios. By the way it is funny how Riri ignores WTC now. She didn't perform it live anytime, despite the fact it was very successful in some countries.

Didn't D. Guetta explain the whole story behind how WTC was made? I think the story went something like Guetta showing Rihanna a track before she went on stage, and she wasn't convinced that she wanted to record it. Then after the show she came up to Guetta and said "Yeah ok, I'll record it".

From the start she wasn't here for "Who's That Chick?". And then she had to put in all that effort for the videos on a very tight deadline because she had flights to catch to go to her next show on her tour, and the shoot took over 24 hours non-stop... I think she was just put completely off the song.
