Yeah... I'm sure that if this song happens faster they will probably move up the release date.

I'm still pretty sure that they're assuming that this will be a slow burner at first and will more than likely smash in the Summer, not right away. Now is a good time to release it just to get it around and make people aware it exists, kinda like All About That Bass. Once the adds date comes more people will know / be reminded of it and it should hopefully slowly start to get more support and take off around May/June.
