The December 4th date was never confirmed by Ciara or her team. An intern at Epic Records tweeted that out by mistake. So, there was never a set date for the album. We probably won't even get a specific release date until one of her singles become a hit.
I'm glad it's not coming this year, though. Too much competition at the moment. She would've got lost in the shuffle with the 4th quarter releases. We don't need another "Basic Instinct" situation.
I hope it enters iTunes top 200 again soon.

I'm sure an X Factor performance is coming soon though.
