Most of those were from the deleted non-VEVO uploads, as the current VEVO version wasn't uploaded until Dec 19, 2009, and that version only got like 20 million views by that time.
If all pre-VEVO views were counted, PF's views would've been 374,606,128 + 209,507,587 - 20,000,000 = ~546 million views

ARTPOP Sales – Track Equivalent Albums + Stream Equivalent Albums Included (United States)
U.S Pure Sales: 760,000
U.S Singles Sold:
Applause – ~2,670,000
Do What U Want – ~1,350,000
Gypsy – ~100,000
G.U.Y – ~100,000
Venus – ~100,000
Total: 4,320,000+
Track Equivalent Albums – 432,000
U.S Streams * BASED ON ESTIMATIONS
Applause (30m Spotify)/(80m YT/VEVO)
Do What U Want (25m Spotify)/(15m YT/VEVO)
G.U.Y (5m Spotify)/(15m YT/VEVO)
Total – 170M U.S – Based Streams
Stream Equivalent Albums – 113,000
Total Units in the U.S (Pure Sales + TEA + SEA)
760,000 + 432,000 + 113,000 = 1,305,000
Like I noted, the streams are just my honest estimations. But since Billboard/Nielsen Soundscan is so adamant about TEA and SEA now, might as well see where ARTPOP is with that factored in.
So yes, ARTPOP is eligible for a Platinum certification by the RIAA.

Not to be rude, but I don't think it's right (or even necessary in this case) to use estimations for these things. Let's look at the real numbers, which, while being outdated and lower than they are now, will lend us a 100% accurate view on the matter.
TEA's: 10 downloads = 1 album sale
SEA's: 1500 streams = 1 album sale
Album Sales – 725,000
Single Sales
Applause – 2,429,521
Do What U Want – 1,131,471
Venus – 108,000
Dope – 31,000
G.U.Y. – 30,806
TOTAL – 3,730,798
Track Equivalent Albums – 373,080
Streaming
Applause – 22,900,000
Streaming Equivalent Albums – 15,267
Sales + TEA's + SEA's
725,000 + 373,080 + 12,267 = 1,113,347
Under this method, ARTPOP is eligible for Platinum certification. However, I don't believe the RIAA even includes TEA's and SEA's in their album certifications. Even with this in mind, ARTPOP should be certified on shipments alone. If I'm correct, that's how My Everything did it back when it had only sold 407,000 in the US. If it could get it, than ARTPOP is more than eligible with it's 318,000 lead over My Everything at the point in time.

Those Applause and DWUW single sales are 11 months old. Bad Romance was at 5.5M 11 months ago and was just recently updated to 5.6M by Billboard. Do you not think it's logical to add another 200k+ to both Applause and DWUW like I did?
That is NOT 100% accurate because we can use our common sense and make educated guesses on where her singles are now.
Also, ARTPOP's album sales at 725,000? We literally have Billboard numbers that say it sold 450,000 in 2014 (yes, the Billboard year begins about a month earlier). So ARTPOP's first 2 weeks (258,000 + 46,000 + 2014 sales) = 754,000. I safely rounded it up to 760,000.
Applause has been streamed at the very least 60M times in the U.S when including both On-Demand Audio Streams and Video Streams. However given its Spotify and VEVO numbers, I think my numbers were fine.

I just don't think it's right to guestimate when we're trying to figure these things out, because any number of factors could be incorrect. I feel much safer using the last available info, unless of course it is numerous years old. Of course ARTPOP, Applause, and Do What U Want have sold more than what they did upon their last update - but how much more is ultimately a mystery to us, and I don't find it wise to just make the numbers up for all intents and purposes, even through educated guesses and other objective methods. I'll give you the ARTPOP sales argument, although if you could a source would be nice since I haven't seen it anywhere else. I guess it's just a difference in opinion. I see where you're coming from, but I'd rather not guess or estimate these things. It just so happens in this case that we both got the same result - that ARTPOP should be certified Platinum by now.

Impossible to know. We just know that The Fame + The Fame deluxe version (including The Fame Monster) sold between 12M & 14M and that the EP on its own sold between 2M & 3M.

AP sales: 152k in 2014 + 589k in 2013 = 741k. Doesn't include the copies it sold in 2015 of course

It sold like ~5 million before the re-release. It's safe to assume sales after that are mostly from the re-release but it's impossible to know the exact number..
The Fame (original): 6M
The Fame Monster deluxe re-release with The Fame: 9M
The Fame Monster stand-alone EP (Canada/US only): 1.8M

So is it 2 era's or 1? Because I didn't know you could get a AOTY nom for a re release

Two eras.
The Fame era = The Fame (album).
The Fame Monster = The Fame Monster (EP) + deluxe edition The Fame (Monster).
Imo, that's how I see it though And it's not really a re-release. The Grammys nominated The Fame in 2010, it's obvious the nomination she got in 2011 was for The Fame Monster (EP), so it wasn't the re-release (TF(M)) that was nominated, but Gaga's second studio album, The Fame Monster.

So her 2nd album sold well over 10 million?I like saying it like that because the huge decline arguments look ridiculous that way.
