If Roar wasn't a single more people would agree. The instrumental, the lyrics (although cheesy they work), the chorus. It's all just so beautiful. Legendary Lovers is good but I always feel like she's saying "Legendary Loverssss cu coo coo" like a chicken or something during the chorus and it ruins the feel.

Why do some people always shade Roar? It's an awesome song. I've liked it even more since Katy explained that the the song was written about her holding herself back. I never skip it when I listen to the album.
^^ I've actually grown to like it more and more since its release. The chorus is so strong and resounding. It's like Katy, in a sense, is sending a subliminal message to the haters.

I've always liked Roar. I think it's because it's an older song compared to the rest of the album. In the end when all is said and done Roar will end up being on most's favourite singles of PRISM.
