Nobody complained about the Britney one because Bounce had it for a matter of hours, and then literally changed it, so it wasn't seen much. The Gaga one has been up much longer, so hence, people are now noticing it, and complaining about it. Bounce even deleted it I believe, since the link shows nothing anymore. So what would there be to complain about at this point? A deleted avatar that he isn't even using anymore?
I think avatars dragging popstar's sales, talent, etc aren't pushing anything, and those have been made plenty of times and had never been a problem. But dragging illnesses, personal issues, and etc will always be complained about.
Like if someone made an avatar laughing at Kylie having cancer, Nicki having an abortion, or Beyonce having a miscarriage do you think it'd go without being complained about multiple times? Obviously not. The same case is here. The avatar crosses a line that is outright offensive to members.
It's ashame this will probably be yet, another case where it goes too far, and then we have yet another rule on this site that tarnishes it more.
