I think it's because you all expect things to blow up in a minute. It's airplay needs to increase and everything else will fall into place. She has TWO songs in the top 10 on Urban radio, that's a huge factor as to why urban radio isn't jumping on another Beyoncé song just yet. It'll just be overkill. The biggest urban and rhythmic stations in the US already play her 25+ times per day between DrIL & OTR. Once those songs decrease rapidly, Partition will take off. Not only that, the update today seemed "tiny" because it was a Sunday, urban updates are relatively smaller on Sundays, there were small updates across the board.
