Can we just appreciate how much she's slaying with a GH album?
She has sold 355,000 copies since December with minimal promo and no single to really sustain the era considering LTG has barely been promoted (first performance in June, like
) and SITW was released in September.
Compare this to other acts like FGL who have sold 683,000 copies of their latest album (Released October 2014) with 3 singles + being released less than a year after they last had a smash hit (TIHWR). They don't even double her sales
And then there's the biggest female country singer evAR!!11! (source: CMA Awards) who released her album one year ago and just crossed 700k, also with 3 singles released.
Blake Shelton, with a high profile judging gig on the voice, with 3 singles released, and one half of the country power couple that is Blake and Miranda, has only sold about 20k more than Carrie with his latest album... and that was released two months earlier than her GH.
Not to mention all the awards she's won this era too
