My concept isn't something I could really see Taylor doing but oh well.
The video would start of a retro car
pulling into a run down gas station in the desert.
It then shows heels getting out of the car in slow motion, jump cuts to the heels walking behind the car, showing the license plate which reads "Style". It then shows a wad of cash in a hand with retro painted nail polish.
The door to the gas station opens as a bell dings, the camera then shows her from behind.
Wearing a black hat a la:
And a brown mid-length dress with a lot of buckles and lace (can't find a picture to pinpoint).
The guy asks "How much?"
She places the wad of cash on the table and says "Gardez la monnaie" (French for "keep the change)
(No evident reason it's in French, it would just be something people would probably like)
The guy is staring at the cash in disbelief and when he looks up to say "Thank You" the door is closing as the bell rings.
It then shows her walking back to the car facing her face whilst she takes off her sunglasses and smirks.
It then shows artistic shots of her filling up the car, shutting the gas tank and getting into the car again.
The intro starts as the car peels out back onto the road. The camera lingers just a bit.
As the beat starts at 0:10 of the song, the camera transitions to an overhead shot from way up and behind the car, it slowly transitions from being behind the car to being at eye-level with it showing Taylor driving. (The intro is extended to twice as long from the start of the beat until vocals).
It starts zooming in and I can't credit where I saw it, but in some movie, they had the camera "Go through the glass" and edited it to look like the camera was legit going through glass... So that happens and then when it "goes through the glass" it shows Taylor in the passenger seat with a boy driving. (Looking very James Dean-y) and it is night time.
I'm gonna post this now so the time limit to post doesn't occur and put the rest of it in another post. Hopefully y'all don't think this is **** after all this effort.
