You can report him or if you really think it's very bad, send a Help Request (click Help next to the Sign Out link and choose "Contact Staff").

Honestly mods rarely do anything about it from my personal experience

I'm just saying that the reason that Gaga avi was created were avis like this one. I agree that the Gaga one is overboard.

If it were a simple 'can't dance ; can't sing ; can't ___ ', I wouldn't bat an eyelid, but mocking a hip fracture and poking fun at a potentially life threatening illness on top of unnecessary body-shaming all in the same avi should be against the rules, in my opinion. Whatever.
