Send ALL of the friend requests. All of them. None of us Taylor fans bite, except for maybe IStanHard when he's in bed. Maybe skip Great Username though. You have to earn his friendship and his attention. 
As far as being sassy goes, pretty much anything is fine as long as you're staying within the rules of what's allowed. So make sure that you know the rules. (That goes for all new recruits!).
Some categories (like 'nickname') are fairly easy to avoid. Others (especially 'flamebait') are a lot more open to interpretation. Sooner or later, you'll figure out what generally gets warned and you'll learn not to post those kinds of things.
"How often do you get WPs?"
Well, that depends upon how often to you post warnable content, and whether or not people notice you doing so. We have plenty of members who never get points because they stick to friendly conversation.
"Is it easy to get points?"
Again, it depends on the content of your posts. I've read that new 2015 members are typically given a 'reminder' (which doesn't have any points attached) for their first offense or two. Keep in mind that it takes 10 points to get banned, so if you get close to that you should just play it safe until some existing points expire.
We will teach ya (buy Teacher by Nick Jonas on iTunes now!) how to be a top disciple faster than Lord learned how to use a hashtag.

The decision comes at an extremely high-pressure moment for Spotify, as major label licenses remain unsigned less than two months ahead of renewal. “October 1, that’s your renewal date for all three of the majors,” another source relayed, referring to the ‘Big Three’ of Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, and most importantly, Universal Music Group.
“They do not have signed deals yet, with anyone.”
Separately, sources pointed to an ill-timed departure of Ken Parks, an important negotiator on the American side. Just last week, Parks announced his departure from Spotify for Pluto TV, an over-the-top (OTT) television startup. Separately, Parks’ departure may further highlight Spotify’s sagging IPO and/or exit prospects, as highly-ranked executives typically don’t jump ship right before getting disgustingly rich.
Either way, the move towards ‘gated’ was previously unthinkable among top Spotify executives, but the majors are becoming increasingly agitated about limiting free access. Both Sony Music Entertainment CEO Doug Morris and Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge have been fiercely rattling the cage against free, with Grainge’s job at one point threatened based on what Vivendi higher-ups perceived as out-of-control catalog devaluation.

Spotify has to change, they don't have a good crisis response system, too slow. If they knew this would happen, they should have reacted differently, I THINK. At that moment, they thought they are TOO BIG  as a STARTUP WITHOUT CASH FLOW.
