Judging by Tony's schedule, it looks like she's recording their album in early July or early August*.
Now, it seems safe to assume ARTPOP will arrive in August/September to use VMA promo and be eligible for 2014 Grammys...so is it likely that she'd record the Tony album in August with an album launch and prep for a VMA comeback performance the same month? Probably not. That would suggest early July works better.
That would mean filming the lead singles video either in June or late July.
Considering it takes a month to edit her videos, and she'll probably be hands on even if she isn't directing it, that means either film and edit in June/July or film and edit in July/August. As previously mentioned, August is going to be a busy month...so would she add editing a video on top of that? Questionable. By the time it'd be finished, the video would be doubling up with the VMAs and album promo, too. Seems like playing too many aces at once.
So, IMO, it looks like June will be when she films the video and it'd be ready for July debut. Perhaps the single is coming late June/July and the VMA performance 1/2 months later will act as a boost for longevity and promote the album release?

Really? He's got shows on June 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 30th?
Guess it'll be a brief session between 20th and 30th, then.
I think they'll record on dates of shows as well... They recorded The Lady is a Tramp in one take, so I figure it'll go fast... They might even record seperately. Can't wait to hear what it'll sound like, but she HAS to include 'Someone To Watch Over Me'
