RedOne regularly does uncredited work, like on Nicki Minaj's album there's a track (Beautiful Sinner) that he co-produced without any credit.
It's usually because record labels set a limit on how many songs can be on an album by a certain producer. I'm guessing RedOne chose not to take credit for WMYB, so it could be on the album (before it was decided to be the lead single), and instead is getting paid royalties privately from his team who were credited.
