I doubt that Bey will perform her new single at New Year's Eve in Las Vegas. It's a private concert so there is really no point in performing it. UNLESS that rumor about Bey performing on that New Year's Eve thingy in New York is true, I mean last time it was pre-recorded and this time it could be pre-recorded too. Let's just see, I don't believe Gavin at all because that thing he said that Bey's single will be revealed when the ball drops there in New York is a bit unbelievable. It would be really epic tho.
Oh so its def the IWH performance ... Welp. NYE would be perfect to premiere the single on radio but like someone said, if that were happening we'd know by now. Perhaps an annoucement ...
