My views:
-Nick was terrible in the first performance and mediocre in the second one.
-I'm warming to Luke and his performances were good, I don't get the criticism.
-Sam was flawless as ever.
-Having Rough Copy singing a song about surviving isn't exactly subtle.
-However terrible he was, Sharon and Louis laughing while he was struggling was ****ing rude.
-He'll probably get sympathy votes after the crying.
I think they'll get rid of Nick if he's in the sing off, but the sing off will probably be RC vs Luke and Luke goes.
I had to watch the Halo performance to see what you guys were talking about. Oh dear...Nicholas tanked. But of course he'll be safe because he cried. This is what I hate about contestants that never land in the bottom two and then screw-up in an important week like this one. They start to think they are invincible and can't make any mistakes. The same thing happened to Jai Waetford on The X Factor Australia this year. Very overrated and average like Nicholas, but younger and an even worse singer than him, but he kept getting through week after week, then he screwed up royally on a song in the semi-final, cried and then made the Top 2
Nicholas is guaranteed to go through now because people are a sucker for tears. I'll be shocked if he DOESN'T land in the Top 2.
He redeemed himself a bit with his second performance but it's still not enough.
