The buddy system has been really helpful, especially for my Squirtle. I haven't encountered one since the first one I caught back in July, and I thought I would never be able to evolve it. I've gotten an additional 12 candies for it, so far

There are some really good tracking apps/websites out there. pokegoboston.com is amazing for my area (though it may expand to other areas in the future, read here) and catches so many that most of the other apps I've tried haven't noticed.

Which is more important? because i have 2 Koffings and for one it says "Overral your koffing simply amazes me, it can accomplish anything" which means %80-%100 and stat wise it says "Its got excellent stats! How exciting" which means 13-14 IVs.
For my other koffing it says "Overall, your Pokémon is a strong Pokemon. You should be proud!" which mean %65-%80 and stat wise it says "I'm blown away by its stats. WOW!" which means 15 IVs
Both have 540CP. And i want a strong Weezing so. Someone who understands this **** please explain me

The first one is stronger than the latter. The latter one only has good stats for whichever one your team leader specifically mentioned.
