Well our prayers are being answered so far, as long as UTLY keeps getting positive updates, no matter how big or small, keep pushing the song. I would say once we see 2-3 significant decreases in a row, that would be time to rush release the second single, announce the album title/cover/release date and open it up to pre-orders. I'm knocking on wood that radio keeps giving UTLY legs to stand on for as long as possible.
