She's been Gaga's make up artist since the Monster Ball began so nearly 4 years. Gaga chooses to look ugly sometimes and Tara has to do what Gaga wants.

I know rock music doesn't have it's place here but I was browsing yt and this chick is like Gaga and Manson's child. The red suit reminded me of the one Gaga wore in the MB 1.0.

Yep! She worked on a lot of her makeup for the final video - my personal guess is that that's where Tara gets her thing for the cheek makeup that makes Gaga's cheekbones more pronounced (I don't know technical terms if there are any lol).
It's so hot and catchy.
