Yes, this is the reason... When I met a bunch of her support staff outside the Monsterball (massage therapists) they said that everyone on the tour has to sign a confidentiality agreement- if they talk about Gaga to people or to the press their contract will be terminated and they are subject to legal action- this seems extreme but I think it is quite standard- you can't have the large posy of people on the tour talking or leaking **** about Gaga whenever they feel like.
I think it is quite obvious that Mark loves Gaga (since he is still with her and was so excited to work with her) he probably can't talk about his personal relationship with her, (which I am sure is great btw)
