Yeah I thought it was awkward too. She seemed to be trying to hard to be likable/normal and trying to win over the viewers. There wasn't anything new in the interview and she hardly discussed the album.

Honestly, I wish ARTPOP wasn't called ARTPOP. I think that title did some damage. She describes it as a fun record, but that title isn't really fun. I would've liked... Goddess of Love. Obviously a lot of the record is love & it would've fit well.

This might sound crazy but I'm more concerned with the success of the singles than with the album's success. Like I'd rather see the singles succeed than the album. Singles are kind of the key to popularity nowadays imo.

I doubt she's on drugs, but there is something going on with her. She knows that people don't like her as much as they did before, that's for sure. I think she's not okay with all this backlash and I'm afraid she might do something stupid.
