Oh and I agree that Kelly needs promo, surprise release won't be good for her. Plus it just would make look like she's copying Beyoncé. I can see the titles: "First she imitated Queen B with Already Gone, now with a surprise release". I know that everyone's like "Beyoncé had no promo, she sold a lot, promo's for losers" but the surprise release was the best promo for the album she would ever create. It was everywhere that she dropped an album out of nothing. But the dark side of it is the struggle of the singles.
Kelly needs "normal" era, with promo and lead single preceding the album. I wish she hyped the album a bit, with Stronger it felt like "Here's the first single / album. Enjoy.".
The surprise release itself was promo. It was just a huge gimmick which is everything Beyonce is about. It was smart tho. But I agree I don't want Kelly to do that. It would be nice thing for her fans but no. Maybe if it was a collaboration album then maybe. Kelly going all hood and **** with Kanye

Have y'all ever had a situation where you were seeing someone, it was going really well, he/she told ya they wanted to take things slow BUT on a more serious level, and possibly start a relationship, and then in the blink of an eye one day they change their mind and just want to stay friends, even though you like the person a lot and can't stop thinking about them but you're hurt that they changed their attitude like *fingersnap* that?
@joelovesmusic I think we all were at that point, and at some point you will be that person (not even once, especially when you're cute). Maybe they say they want relationships one day, and say otherwise the other day, because higher brain activity during the night might make them realize what they want. Do you ever wake up in the morning with the best ideas of solving problems? I do.
I see what you did there. I'd be thankful for that.

Kelly and Adele surprise release...
But yeah. I just want her to do something different with the next release. Even if it's how she debut's the lead single. I feel like her team needs to think ahead of the curve. Singing on GMA isn't cutting it anymore.

Some of these songs on Sia's album would have been amazing Kelly songs.
I couldn't agree more. As I listen to Sia's album, all I can think is how great Kelly would sound on these tracks. Can they just sit in a room together and write/record?
