I always try to get a pink carbonizzare, but I keep losing them during the missions Yet the main characters' stupid cars show up every time after a mission. Maybe I'll just spray those pink... Would they revert back to the previous color?

You have to save them in the characters garage(s). Their main car will always reappear, you don't need to save that one.
But I mean is there any way to make my car appear instead of their main car? I know you can save them in the garage, but if you go anywhere with it, you end up losing it fast
