Cut Copy Time and Date: Thursday, June, 9th 2011 (12:00 AM) Event: MSTRPLN Cycle Venue: Crobar Studio
Once again I managed to win tickets for a concert, lol. This time, Cut Copy was the band playing at Crobar, which is a nightclub located in Buenos Aires. The place was nice, but as I arrived a little bit late it was already full of people.
Their 'support' was DJ Javier Zuker, one of the members of Argentine band Poncho. He is also a DJ, so he kept us dancing until the main band decided to start playing.
The concert was due to be started at 11, but they appeared on stage an hour
later. Exactly at 12 o'clock Dan Whitford and his band started playing "Visions" intro followed by "Nobody Lost, Nobody Found".
I loved when they played "So Haunted", "Take Me Over" and "Hearts On Fire". Their biggest 'hit', "Lights And Music" woke up the audience that was quite quiet up to then. They sounded great, besides it was an indoor place.
They gave a flawless concert with songs from their whole discography. After "Sun God" they greeted the audience without saying a word, but we all knew that the show was not over.
When they came back they played "Need You Now", one of the best singles out from their latest album Zonoscope, which made the audience dance once again.
The only thing that missed for this concert to be perfect was the fact that they didn't play "Blink And You'll Miss A Revolution" and "Feel The Love" (my favorite from them).

OMG! You went to MSTRPLN? I often read on facebook that there are a lot of free concerts there (always Argentinian artists + Zucker), but I never went.
