Its usually Democrat. However it has been tied in statewide polls for the last 3 days or so, so it will be either way. And its worth less than Florida, PA has 20, FL has 29.
It's always been like that in every election. Ironically the states with the biggest population (California, NY, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan, etc.) are blue states, so that basically becomes a difference
