Yeah, but I don't think you get how it works in the UK.
On the Rocks have partly done not much because the GP isn't here for it, but a big part of it all is also because Uk radio has snubbed her. Radio is a huge factor to inform people a song excists. Basically a lot of people don't even know it excists.
And let's say, even if they had cancelled OTR halfway and had pushed Run forward, then we probably had no album atm, since she probably would have released Run then in about two or three weeks from now, again with no radio support etc.
I think things are happening the way they are meant to be. It is basically a bit like the beginning of the Doll Domination era in the US with Whatcha Think About That.
i think they now wanna focus on Run, and include the big platforms for it, aswell as capatalize on her role in Cats. Will she have her full potenial album debut? No! Ofcourse not, but it's basically the best they could have done in their current position.
