You know, at least she's recording. At the beginning of this year, we basically knew nothing. She wasn't really doing anything either, as far as we can gather. The process is just prolonged. She was supposed to hit the studio with Luke in January. She only started this month. We may have to wait a few extra months. Plus, she recorded with the other producers first. She probably has at least half the album done.

Yes. Labels tend to think that releasing albums in November is a great time to bring in the big holiday sales, but that isn't always the case. There is way too much competition then and things can get overshadowed. I really want it to come out in between August and October.
