The UK store might just be delayed in getting the signed sleeves and sent the CDs separately. I've had that happen before.

You shouldn't worry as if they already had the sleeves they would have sent them 'fake signed' along with the CD.
Did you have to email them and 'ask' to send it or they sent it by themselves?
