Carly is so overrated in this base... Even before I joined here I had to try listening to her new album because of the hype you guys were creating... I couldn't go past 2 songs

Yas. I was really afraid she hasn't started on TS6 yet, since she was already talking about writing TS5 more than 2 years ago and she must definitely be having difficulty thinking about how to top 1989.
Sis, from her 1st Pop album alone: Curiousity, Turn Me Up, Tonight I'm Getting Over You, Drive, Sweetie, and Hurt So Good are pop perfection. The second album completely destroys 1989. RAWM, Emotions, IRLY, Making the Most of the Night, Let's Get Lost, Love Again.. Taylor could NEVER make pop music that great. But overall Taylor is the better artist, Carly just dominates the pop field in my opinion!
Shake It Off and Blank Space are better pop songs than every single one of those songs.
I think I've changed my stance. I hope they take their time with 1989 and release 2-3 more singles and aim for a nice holiday season + Grammy season. Don't over-promote, just let radio do its thing.
I think she should release her next album in Fall of 2017.
She really should treat T6 as an opportunity: I feel like she is in a place to make a bold album bigger than both Fearless and 1989, and it's also the perfect opportunity to really expand her touring power. She should go on a true world tour and saturate her big markets.
