I think selena has a larger general following than both of them, kinda like not hardcore beliebers and monsters who will download the track right away, but more adele like stans who don't really go hardcore for her and will buy it as more airplay comes along.

With a name like Spring Breakers you'd expect fun dancey pop songs in at least the trailer. But the movie is coming out in 2013 so bye to that theory.

Yea I'm not taking album sales away from Justin and Gaga, but in terms their recent singles after gathering a larger fan base, we definitely saw higher first week sales, but less longevity.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Selena possibly performing at the MMVAs. If she performs (which she most likely will, seeing as she brought in the most views last year), and Justin accompinies her, HTLs could spike. Also the Teen Choice Awards could do some damage on digital.

As a Canadian I thought we were the only ones aware of that show LOL... I don't think she'll host it again. She might appear, but Much Music will want someone new. And their pattern has been teen stars hosting: JoBros, Miley, Selena... Next could be Demi but she's not as popular here so One Direction is a good possibility. Justins too expensive...
